Patients with renal disease require a referral from their GP or other treating specialist to see a specialist Renal Physician.

The Outpatient Clinic - Renal Milton-Ulladulla is available for assessing patients prior to their appointment with the renal physician. The clinic nurses provide advice, guidance and support to renal clinic patients, their families and carers. They also communicate with GPs and renal team members.

For follow up appointments consult with the clerical staff at reception to book an appointment, if another referral letter is required by the GP clerical staff will advise.
