The dietitian will complete a nutrition assessment and provide nutrition education for your condition

You must have a referral from a Paediatrician or have seen a dietitian while in hospital and appropriate.

A dietitian will ask you some questions about your history, take some measurements, assess your diet and provide appropriate dietary education and counselling for your condition

You are eligible to access this service if you are ≤16 years old and meet the referral criteria.
How to access this service (referrals or no referral necessary)
You must have a referral from a Paediatrician or have seen a dietitian while in hospital and appropriate.
What to bring
You don’t need to bring anything to this appointment. You may like to bring any recent blood test results, a record of what you eat or a medication list, although these are not essential.
