The Access and Referral Centre helps you to access community health services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. We help link people with the right health service for their care.

Who can refer?

• Public and Private Hospitals and other services
• Health care workers
• General practitioners and medical specialists
• Government and non-government organisations
• Members of the community.

Referrals are accepted 24/7. Office contact hours are 8:30am-4:45pm Monday-Friday and 7:00am-3:00pm Saturdays and Sundays.
