Patients and Visitors

Since its opening in May 1951, Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital (SDMH) and its devoted staff have looked after the needs of this community, providing a wide variety of health care services to our local population.

At Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital, we recognise that coming into hospital can be an overwhelming experience for many people. Our aim is to provide you with as much information as possible and we encourage your involvement and the involvement of your family/carers throughout your hospital stay.

We are happy to provide any further information that you may require. Please feel free to speak to your Doctor, the Nurse caring for you, the Nurse Unit Manager of the Unit you are in, or the After Hours Nurse Manager (you can ask a staff member to contact them for you).

The SDMH team wish you a comfortable and pleasant stay. If you are seeking further information, please contact the hospital directly on 4421 3111.
