Pharmacy provides medicines for patients at our hospitals both as inpatients and outpatients. We provide a range of clinical and non-clinical services, with the core aim being to get the most appropriate drug to the right patient in a safe and timely fashion.

We also work with doctors, nurses and other healthcare workers to ensure medicines are used safely.  By working in an integrated health care environment clinical pharmacists are able to provide advice and monitor each patient's drug therapy. Recommendations can be made including selection of the best medication for the condition, the correct dose and duration of therapy.
