Overview
ISLHD School-Link facilitates collaboration between education, health and other services to support school-aged children and young people to achieve optimal mental health and remain engaged in education.
Objectives
- Children and young people with mental health concerns are identified early and have appropriate and timely access to wellbeing support and specialist mental health services
- Increased collaboration between mental health professionals and education staff in responding to children and young people with mental health concerns
- Education and mental health staff are more confident and better able to deliver coordinated care to children and young people with mental health concerns.
