Dr Bibhu received his Doctor of Medicine degree with Honours from Kazakh National Medical University in 2006. He completed his emergency medicine training at Westmead Hospital NSW in 2017.
After working for a few years in his home country Nepal, Dr Bibhu migrated to Australia in 2011 and worked in hospitals across Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales, before taking up his position at Wollongong Hospital Emergency Department.
Dr Bibhu’s interest areas are improving patient flow and simulation training. He is the co-founder of ‘Ace the OSCE course’, which focuses on helping fellowship candidates pass the OSCE exam. (OSCE stands for Objective Structured Clinical Examination and consists of a set of clinical examination stations covering various situations and simulations).
